November 2006 - Dave Lancaster

Dateline: South China, Maine ---- November 15, 2006 ---- Dave Lancaster Day.

A night of discussion and demonstration on sharpening techniques. From chainsaws and gouges to coffee cup passing techniques and all the way to developing an eye for the finer elements that define a successful turning.

The night started out quietly enough as he generally harassed the membership as only he can.

Do not adjust your monitor.

This image is correct.

You should see life from their perspective!

Now here’s a guy who knows how to work an audience.

And the camera.

But these guys don’t seem to agree with that assessment.

Hey Jorge!

Dave’s a big guy; but not that big!
