Andy Hoyt

This chunk of Long Leaf Pine was harvested around 1834 and saw life as part of two different timber framed railroad depot canopies in New York State. The second depot was demolished in 1983 to make way for something called “progress”.

The stuff is extremely heavy, incredibly dry and horribly brittle. But it sure smells good
